Jacque Spurlock -- Dental Hygienist Jacque holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Dental Hygiene from The Ohio State University. She is board certified with the State of Ohio and the Northeast Regional Board of Dental Examiners. She is a recipient of the distinguished Proctor & Gamble and Crest Preventative Oral Healthcare Provider Award in 2003. Jacque is a full-time member of Dr. Angart’s team and also serves as a hygienist for a local orthodontist. She is active in professional organizations and presents continuing education courses throughout the year to area hygienists. A native of Columbus, Jacque and her husband Paris live in the New Albany area with their son Dylan. She enjoys Bunco & wine with friends, cooking, running and scrapbooking in her spare time.
