Chad Funk -- Lab Technician
Chad obtained degrees in dental hygiene, assisting and laboratory technology during his service in the United States Air Force. He received extensive training while enlisted from 1993-2001 in all ceramics and implants and now manages and operates the Center for Dental Arts, a laboratory that complements the Center for Dental Health.

Chad managed several crown and bridge labs for more than six years in Kansas City after leaving the service. A master technician, he appreciates the opportunity of combing his knowledge with that of his colleagues to serve patients of the Center for Dental Health.

Born and raised in Johnstown, Chad and his wife live in Centerburg with their 3 children.
