Designed to replace one or more missing teeth, a bridge can be supported by your natural teeth, by implants or by a combination of teeth and implants. A traditional bridge involves creating a crown for the tooth or implant on either side of the space and cementing a false tooth between the crowns. When the crown is placed, the false tooth fills the space.
